The Annual Conference of mjunction was held at the Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellence, Salt Lake on the 21st and 22nd of May. The theme of this year’s conference was Customer Centricity. All the business and functional units made excellent presentations on how their respective units focused on and aspires to achieve customer centricity in their business and operations.
