Tata Knowledge Chain (TKC) was started in late 2005 and it has matured into a platform for learning and sharing best practices between group companies.
A one-day workshop was organized in TMTC, Pune on September 11 to brainstorm and discuss the future course of Tata Knowledge Chain (TKC). All participants also got the opportunity to share the Knowledge Management initiative at their respective companies. Executives from Tata Steel, Telcon, Tata Motors, IHCL, Rallis, TCE Consulting Engineers, Tata Tea, Tata Metaliks, Tata Power, Tata Chemicals, Tata Blue Scope Steel, E2E and mjunction participated in the work-shop and came out with a future course of action for TKC which would be implemented to make TKC more robust.
All of us should take advantage of this powerful platform and learn more about the best practices in other group companies. You may access TKC through a link which has been provided in our W3 portal.
