It's getting closer...

This statement reflects the sentiment of corporate India, as it braces for the list of the dead from the incidents of 26th and 27th November at Mumbai. While many have escaped miraculously (including Dr T Mukherjee as also EDs of ICICI Bank), hundreds of others would not have been as lucky.

As the lists of casualties are compiled and released, many of us will discover that people we know feature there...for me, this aspect has already started, with a distant cousin--- the wife of the GM at the Taj-- and her kids-- being confirmed as dead..

We can but pray for those directly affected...
