Full proof testing is an integral part of any product delivery. The team has undertaken special effort towards complete testing of various functionalities of EPS before delivering it to the client. This was the 1st time in EPS that such an extensive testing was carried out. This has led to enhancement of client satisfaction as well as adoption of robust internal testing mechanism prior to product delivery.

From July onwards upon consistent follow up, yankee auction of coal of ISP-SAIL was adopted & the 1st auction was conducted successfully in which the full material of 15,000 MT was sold at a gain 15.85%. This has also paved way for other items to be sold through similar auction type from SAIL-ISP.

After unsuccessful auctions through competition in May & June ’08, OMDC came approached mjunction to clear their surplus inventory. To sell off the materials this team took various initiatives including proper market intelligence, pre auction report, market making efforts to bring more bidders, differential lot sizing etc. This has resulted into selling of 3.5 lac MT material of value Rs. 58 Crores.
