She took the initiative to call all the Telephone Service providers, analyse all the available Tariff Plans and revised the Tariff Plans of all the Telephone lines with multiple service providers to bring about a monthly reduction in excess of Rs 8000/- in total Telephone expenditure for the Branch.

He has convinced the entire project division of RSP for routing high value turn-key projects through the company’s RA platform. In FY '08, 6 such cases have been routed through RA & 4 out of them (TV Rs. 366 Cr.) has been accepted by RSP. This success at RSP will be showcased at other SAIL plants for maximizing business from projects in FY09.
