ISP General Services Procurement division was having problem in procuring small quantities of non-SAIL structural steel for which this BJ team risen up to the occasion by clubbing various indents of small quantities of steel to properly sized market & also added new vendors thereby conducting the RA to the satisfaction of the client. Besides process improvements, RA resulted in 20% savings to client and client appreciation.

Somraj displayed the I’m responsible attitude by taking up the responsibility of market making in the BJ single handedly in Nov & Dec, 07 & discovered 53 new vendors for our clients .Some of these vendors have already been approved by clients which has resulted in increased client satisfaction. This has also assisted the KAMs in dealing with the clients to garner business.
With a view to recognize the excellent contributions made and their capacity and willingness to further the growth of the company the following executives were promoted:
