Don't be like Crabs!

One day, a traveler to a village stopped by a riverside where one person was picking up something from the riverbank and putting it in a bucket. Getting close, he found that the man was catching hold of crabs and dumping them in the bucket. He was surprised and asked the villager. "What are you doing? You are simply placing the crabs in the bucket. They will surely run away as there is no lid on the bucket". To this, the man replied “No way! They are crabs and they will pull down each other and not let any one climb up over others and escape."

We should strive to stay away from such Crab like mentality in our lives and help each other to excel.
