ejunction, an initiative by mjunction was formed with the objective to impart computer education to under-privileged sections of the society. ejunction successfully launched batch 2 on October 8th. Each student was provided a printed name tag along with a welcome kit consisting of a welcome letter, print outs of lesson one and a note book. The second batch consists of NGO teachers from Shikshalaya Prakalpa and office boys / security guards from TATA Centre.

Pratima and Soumen conducted the lesson 1 on advantages of using computers and various types of computers in use. The undersigned explained ej admin rules - attendance, tests, schedule apart from introducing ej and mj.The session ended with breakfast packets being shared with all students.

Swapan of FMS-IT had set up the projector and laptop deftly. TATA Steel admin had set up the class room very well. Dipak Barua, Pandey ji (Office Boy) had helped prepare welcome kits. Kamalika and Ajit helped the new students complete 'gate formalities' and reach 2nd floor classroom swiftly. Kaushik Sarkar, Arijit and Majid helped the students settle down. They provided valuable feedback for improving the class set up.

The excitement and eagerness on the faces of the new students was worth all the effort we had taken.
