Our tribute to visionary Shri J N Tata

Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata is an unparalleled legend who had the zeal to dream about empowering India industrially and economically. On 3rd March 2010, employees and senior management of Tata Steel and other Tata companies gathered at Jamshedpur to celebrate the 171st birth anniversary of their Founder with great fervour.

The morning of 3rd March saw an august gathering of dignitaries and honorary guests including Mr Ratan Tata, Dr JJ Irani, Mr Ishaat Hussain, among others. We also paid our homage to the great entrepreneur and visionary in a procession. We also displayed a float showcasing eJunction, which is set to spread wings outside Kolkata after making a difference to a lot of lives in the city.

Our team was led by Mr Anirban Sarkar and Mr Rishad Chinoy.

At the end, all of us gathered at office for tea and snacks which turned out to be a nice bonding exercise.
